Field Application Engineer

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Hands-on customer facing integration and administration.
  • Provide professional services to customers’ system integration.
  • Perform problem analysis and identify solutions to resolve issues.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals and runbooks.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).
  • 5+ years customer facing technical support experience.
  • Experience with datacenter and network configuration, security, TCP/IP, Docker, Consul, Vault, Terraform, and cloud service platform such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
  • Fluent in English.


  • 3+ years programming experience.
  • Industry experience in telecom and payment.
  • Familiar in technologies: blockchain, authentication (OAuth 2.0), electronic payment processing, digital wallet, DCC, DCB, POS system, BSS integration.
